New build block of 15 flats

The new development is intended to provide a block of cluster keyworker accommodation. A development with accommodation of 15 market rent cluster units using the existing floor plans as a guide. The proposal should potentially have clusters of 4 ensuite double bedrooms with sufficient space for a desk/work space around a communal kitchen/dining/lounge area on each floor

From the regency seafront architecture to the colourful traditional beach huts the concept is inspired by the the traditional architecture of Eastbourne. Our scheme seeks to bring a new vernacular of architecture and a new concept of co-living.

Flexibility, durability and quality of the communal environment, designed around a spacious and well-proportioned central courtyard. The Co-living development seeks to provide an innovative way to create homes, which are affordable and promote a strong sense of community.

The development consists of 15No. self-contained studio apartments of around 18 sqm each, with a flexible mixture of accesible, shared and family units. Each unit includes ensuite showers, toilets, and a kitchenette/dining area and some cases a private terrace. Communal space would include additional kitchen diners, guest accommodation, workspace, and a café.
